Each room hosts a double and single bed, *welcome trays *trouser press *hairdryer *satellite TV with in house movies *we also offer same day laundry service. To enhance the stay of guests with special needs, a lift provides service to all floors, and bedrooms have been specially designed to accommodate wheelchairs.

For the ultimate indulgence choose from the Maxwell or Victoria Superior Bedrooms. These rooms feature large screen TV, ample desktop space and have lavish interiors, which make for a beautiful bridal suite and would also suit those who require that something extra.
We have two restaurants. Our main restaurant adjoining the Hotel is The Royal Toby Steak Restaurant. Our other restaurant is The Fallen Angels which is our Italian Restaurant. Both are very popular with guests and the public.
Leave m62 at junction 20. At roundabout take a627 (m) signposted for Rochdale. You will then come to traffic lights and you need to go left (a664 Edinburgh Way). At 1st roundabout take 1st left exit for Castleton/Middleton. At 2nd roundabout (Tesco on the left hand side) go straight over on to Manchester Road a664. We are situated 1/4 mile from the roundabout on the left.
